  1. However, the Consumers Association of Singapore (Case) said that making customers sign an indemnity form does not absolve the shop from responsibility. Above was extracted from the Newpaper that 2 sisters when to those "fish spa" and their legs got bitten..red & ugly.If this is the case, what about those laser eye surgery, operation in the hospital and also those private car parks that said "the management shall not hold any responsibility for..bla..blah...you are parking at your own RISK" So are we to say if anything did happen in such cases....then can we sue?
