    I was involved in a minor accident. 3rd party car cut my lane and side swipe me. Minor paint damages and dent at body kit, bumper, and fender. Cycle & Carriage workshop put forth whole part replacement, but 3rd party insurance surveyor rejected replacement, but only to spray paint and knock out the dent. Is this the norm? To reject new parts and force the victim to accept a "repaired product"? If it makes a difference, my insurance is Aviva, 3rd part is Tokio marine.
