Starting a thread for Oppo mobile phone users to share : - purchase experience - user experience (hardware / software) - what exceeded expectations - what disappointed - general Oppo, Android and Color OS knowledge etc, etc ... To kick start, mine is the Reno3 which was purchased from Oppo Official Store on Shopee just before last year's 11.11 Preloaded with Android 10 and has since been upgraded to Android 11 and recently to Android 12. Believe I have used up the 2 Android updates typical for Reno series mobile phones. Was attracted by the quad cam set up, Amoled display, Dolby Atmos, 3.5mm jack, and even the front cam was 44mp (!) Have to live with the somewhat outdated teardrop notch though. Not into gaming so did not need a top end processor and mega battery. Have also set phone for +5GB RAM expansion. Am into photography so the quad cam set up was useful. However, auto pictures tend to be a bit on the "bright" side so I do manual tweak. For my usage pattern, full charge can last till the evening. Box came with a fast charger, cable, wired earphones, plastic back cover.

Since @kdash requested this topic 2 days ago, I shall open a new thread for this topic. Recently there has been a discussion about certain colors describing the demographics of the drivers. It has been perceived that colors like gold, champagne, etc are associated with ah peks or old uncles these days. Colors like white are more popular than black these days, unlike in the past, people prefer black than white because black is easier to maintain. What do you think? What colors these days are really associated with: ah peks? - gold, champagne - black - beige - maroon ah bengs? - yellow - blue with gold rims - black - red And which other groups of people?

Yeah.. to think i have to resort to a forum to ask this question. For unknown reason, i can't find it anywhere in Singapore. This particular line is good as it doesn't leave any stain on shirt. Appreciate if anyone can point me to the right source with no exorbitant shipping fee.

Just wondering, in the context of changing car's color, are there cheaper / more expensive colors? Of course only for standard colors and not talking about special effect paint ( Pearl / Reflex / Iridescent / Satin / etc... ) Or is the $$$ differenc negligible?

I was looking at the MZ6 this weekend and was close to buying one. In the end chickened out, haha. Anyway, I spent some time also looking at the colors in the brochure. I like the red, but the missus insists cannot choose that color. Black is also nice, but I had issues with black car before as dust and scratches show up easily. I look around Singapore and it seems like popular colors are Silver, White, Black and Grey. Do you guys agree? Seems boring to choose one of these colors, but the Mz6 blue is also not very nice. Reminds me of taxi.

Just wanna start a discussion on which model is best looking in one's opinion for the respective colors. Maybe exclude cars > $250K from the discussion else they may dominate all categories. My take: WHITE - Honda Integra Type R (championship white) SILVER - Audi TT RED - Alfa Brera - red must be Alfa BLUE - Honda Euro R YELLOW - RX8 BLACK - BMW E46 and Saab 9-3 (latest facelift) GREEN - VW Beetle

Today i went to the show room and saw new colors for Aveo.... i don't know abt other colors but what caught my eye is the yellow Aveo... really nice.
