  1. https://www.cnn.com/2023/12/27/business/daihatsu-japan-production-halt-safety-tests-intl-hnk/index.html “The scandal is another blow to the automaker, which had admitted in April to violating standards on crash tests on more than 88,000 cars, mostly sold under the Toyota brand in countries such as Malaysia and Thailand.” This means many Thai-made Toyotas imported into Singapore also affected.
  2. Imagine minding your own business on the road when suddenly some goondu driver knocks into you TWICE. What happened? A PHV (private hire vehicle) Honda Vezel was heading back to Singapore on the Causeway when they were knocked into by a Malaysian car. GG lah, knock one time and then they step on the gas pedal for another round. Driver went for the double tap. To make matters worse, the driver at fault apparently made the claim towards police that the camcar had suddenly braked, and so she could not stop on time. Upon watching the video, I say… Camcar was travelling at such a slow and steady pace still cannot press the brake pedal??? If anything it even looks like they accelerated a little bit! The camcar’s rental company also can't claim against the Malaysian car because it's a foreign vehicle. After the camcar driver requested a private settlement, she also went MIA,. forcing them to bear the cost of the damage. The camcar driver went on to say in the original Facebook post :“Buy insurance for what? Malaysia car hit us we cannot claim.” They hoped to “get some advice from the comments on how to settle without bearing the cost” , otherwise needing to pay $2000 in excess to their insurance company. Online chatter Unfortunately, it seems people in similar plights have found no solution to this either. Hope the camcar manages to get the situation resolved… ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 3. There’s a time and place to go fast guys, and the carpark is not one of them. What happened? An overzealous Volkswagen Beetle was going fast enough in a multi-storey carpark (MSCP) at Bukit Merah Central to break through the metal and concrete barriers. Someone managed to record footage of the incident from their car, likely through dashcam. Can’t imagine how loud that would have been on the outside. Hope there wasn’t anyone under the car with those bricks sent flying. Online chatter People speculated on why he ended up here, and noted his choice of car for this stunt. Others also made jokes on his skill (or lack thereof). ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 4. Prayers to the motorcyclist's family. What happened? A Honda Jazz cut off and side swiped a motorcyclist at Yishun Avenue 1 on 23 July 2023, around 9.30 A.M. This sent the motorcyclist off his bike and knocked his helmet off as well, leaving his head unprotected as he crashed onto the tarmac. The motorcyclist laid still on the ground, and another rider who went past the motorcyclist as the incident took place, but stopped and went over to check on the victim. The person who provided the footage claimed to have returned to the scene and reported to the police after dropping off their wife, who called the ambulance. It is unknown if the Honda Jazz had motive or if it was simply reckless driving. Online Chatter Some facebook users who claimed to be the victim’s father-in-law and cousin have commented under the post saying that he is in a comatose state in the ICU. Others sent well wishes for the victim’s recovery, and called for the driver to face justice and dealt with severely. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 5. If there was ever a sign from a higher power to stop doing something, this is definitely one. What happened? An auntie was happily walking along underneath trees on the road divider when a taxi came out of nowhere and t-boned another car, narrowly missing the auntie. The auntie was no doubt left shocked from what just unfolded before her and fell on the ground in shock. The incident happened at the junction of Mandalay Road and Moulmein Road. Police reported that the people involved, a 68-year-old taxi driver, a 61-year-old driver and his 45-year-old passenger were conscious when they were taken to the hospital. Two of them were sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, while the third was sent to Singapore General Hospital. It is unknown what caused the accident, whether the taxi driver was not paying attention or his brakes failed him. The condition of the auntie is unknown, but I am willing to bet good money she will always cross at a junction from now on. Online chatter People commented on the auntie’s luck to have been so close to danger, maybe inches away from injury or worse. Others commented on the speed the taxi was going. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 6. The vitriol in the comments is palpable. What happened? A motorcyclist hit a Volkswagen Golf while lanesplitting on the Pan-Island expressway (PIE) on 7th August. The motorcyclist made a sudden swerve and hit the car, causing him to flip forwards and off his bike. Looks like when an NPC glitches out in a video game. What has people in the comments riled up is that the motorcyclist was registered under a Malaysian plate, which would (apparently) make it difficult for the Golf driver to get compensation for damages as it is a foreign vehicle. Online chatter Some blamed the motorcyclist for the crash, coming up with a multitude of reasons. Others took pity on the driver’s situation, which was indeed very suay. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 7. What happened? A massive crash took place in Seletar Expressway (SLE) on 6 July 2023 after a Toyota lorry lost control and skidded, causing a chain collision involving 5 other motorcyclists and a car. As we can see in the footage, the motorcyclists were left with no time to react. One motorcyclist leapt off his bike to avoid the crash, while others were unable to avoid it and caused a pile up. The first motorcyclist was also put between the lorry and a Honda, though the extent of the damage to the Honda is unknown. In the aftermath of the incident, it is shown that shrapnel was left littered across the road, while some of the riders involved were lying on the ground, injured. Fortunately, other riders were present to help them out and ensure their well being. The injured riders were conscious and sent to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. It is not known what happened to cause the lorry to lose control, or the condition of the lorry driver. Online chatter Many blamed the lorry for the incident, some giving their own experiences of how heavy vehicles are in the wrong lanes. A couple of people however, blamed the bikes for lane splitting. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 8. For those who have been "looking" down on Suzuki New crash tests replicating some of the most deadly head-on collisions show less expensive midsize cars do a better job protecting the driver and front seat occupants than many luxury and near luxury midsize cars. "This is a surprise to us," says Adrian Lund, President of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. "It shows you don't have to spend a lot of money to get state of the art crash protection." The latest IIHS small overlap crash tests measure how well mid-size cars handle accidents involving their front quarter panels. Small overlap crashes are responsible for approximately one out of every four frontal crashes. The Insurance Institute says more than 10,000 people are seriously injured or killed in small overlap crashes every year. Crash test aftermath of the 2013 Toyota Camry, which has a 5-star overall rating from the NHTSA.The IIHS tested eighteen moderately priced midsize cars and rated two as "good" and eleven as "acceptable." The two cars rated as good by the IIHS are the Suzuki Kazashi and the Honda Accord. Lund credits Honda with making changes to the Accords design and structure so it can better withstand small overlap crashes. Honda's Advanced Compatibility Engineering, also known as ACE, is the key the Accords rating of good. "The idea is to dissipate the crash energy while reinforcing the passenger cabin so the car can better withstand the impact," says Chuck Thomas, Chief Engineer of Auto Safety Research for Honda. Here are the rankings of the midsize cars. Good Honda Accord (4 door) Suzuki Kizashi Acceptable Ford Fusion Honda Accord (2 door) Nissan Altima (4 door) Nissan Maxima Subaru Legacy Subaru Outback Dodge Avenger Chrysler 200 (4 door) Mazda6 Volkswagen Passat Marginal Hyundai Sonata Chevrolet Malibu Volkswagen Jetta Sedan Poor Toyota Camry Toyota Prius V Has Toyota Dropped the Ball? Adrian Lund was not surprised the Toyota Camry and Prius V both rated poor in the small overlap crash test. The Camry is based on the same platform as the Lexus ES, which is one of four luxury midsize sedans rated as poor during the same type of crash tests conducted this summer. "I think Toyota has dropped the ball a bit," says Lund. "Toyota has not been as aggressive as other automakers staying up to date on occupant safety." Luxury Still Struggling The first group of vehicles the IIHS put through small overlap crash tests were midsize luxury and near luxury models. During those tests, just 3 of 11 models were rated as "good" or "acceptable". The Volvo S60 and Acura tl were rated as good while the Infiniti G models were rated as acceptable. The four luxury models rated as poor in small overlap crash tests were the Mercedes C-Class, the Lexus IS, Audi A4, and Lexus ES. Why the difference between the moderately priced midsize sedans and their more expensive counterparts? Lund says automakers have had more time to incorporate design changes in midsize models than they did with luxury models tested earlier this year. .
  9. Whatever he drank, it has to be something the servers go “you sure?” upon ordering one. Watch to see why! What happened? A camcar recorded managed to capture footage of a white car while travelling on Adam Road in the wee hours of the morning. 4.15 A.M is not an ideal time to be awake but I respect the hustle. Whoever was in the white car was most certainly not hustling though. As seen in the footage, the car rammed into a tree, cutting down a tree using sheer horsepower (I doubt there was any will). Jeremy Clarkson would be proud. The car tipped over to its side. More tragically however, some birds were knocked out of the tree! Although they seem uninjured, some remained on the road, as if mourning the sudden loss of their home. Maybe it was intentional, and the driver hit them out of frustration that he can’t live rent free as well (low key understand it). Police arrived on the scene after being alerted that an accident occurred. They reported that the driver escaped with minor injuries, but refused to be sent to the hospital. Imagine crashing and flipping your car, the police telling you to go to the hospital, and still saying no. This alcohol is next level. Online chatter People of course criticised the drink driving, with some feeling laws should step up to match the severity of the crime as deaths can occur due to the driver's recklessness. Others also took pity on the birds who lost their homes. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 10. TL,DR - BMW driver tries to be a cheapskate and has skill issue, ends up needing to pay more than just parking fees Guys… I’m running out of things to say for situations like these. Especially when certain vehicles are involved. What happened? A BMW 318 driver in Boon Lay Place decided to skip paying parking fees and that it’d be a good idea to pay for insurance claims instead. This is shown from how close they were tailgating the camcar. I have not driven in a while, but I am very sure that’s not a “safe distance”. I was promptly proven right because the BMW driver did not stop in time when the camcar stopped to enter the road. This led to an audible knock against the camcar’s rear bumper. The owner of the camcar got out in order to confront the BMW driver, though the audio of their conversation was too soft to hear in the video. According to the Facebook post, the BMW driver claimed that the camcar driver was busy using his HP and other “lame rubbish”, forcing the BMW driver to reverse. In the original Facebook post, the camcar was quoted as saying “Tailgate also no standard bang people rear.” I like how this implies the camcar also tailgates others but is much better at it than the BMW driver. Online chatter You already know the first thing people are going to make fun of. The next thing people made fun of is how the driver could afford such a car but not the parking fees, especially since now he will have to pay more in the end than just a few dollars. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 11. This uncle used multiple years worth of luck to come out of this alive, let alone (seemingly) uninjured. Watch the video to see what I’m talking about.. What happened? On 12 March 2023 (yeah, i don't know why we’re only seeing this now), a bus driver in Malaysia plowed into a bunch of vehicles on a crowded road. In the footage taken from a camcar that was also in the accident, the bus clearly took a long time to stop, as there was the sound of braking before the bus came into view. When the bus did come into view, we can see multiple vehicles were being pushed by the bus. This made a sort of battering ram that hit other cars on the road as the bus struggled to reach a halt. The aftermath was an absolutely crushed blue car, a few mangled sedans and a Toyota Estima with half its front bumper detached. There were also a few men yelling at the bus driver while the footage showed the wreckage. Speaking of the crushed blue car, the video shows an old uncle helped up by the authorities and placed on a stretcher. The uncle was apparently inside the blue car, though it is unknown if he was the only person. How they pulled him out of there I have no idea. Furthermore, his clothes look pristine. It is unknown what led to the accident, whether brake failure or neglect on the bus driver’s part. Online chatter People speculated on how the uncle survived the accident considering the state of the car, believing it was good karma repaid for this incident or divine intervention. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 12. We’ve seen many examples of bad driving in this forum, but this one is just malicious. What happened? On 11 May, 8.51 a.m. at Tampines Expressway, a Hyundai Elantra driver decided to hit a motorcycle while disguising it as lane filtering. As you can see in the video, the Hyundai was coming in from another road to join the expressway. Immediately the Hyundai went across multiple lanes at once, and headed for the motorcycle like a missile. The motorcyclist had a pillion rider as well, and both of them were sent rolling across the tarmac, their bike skidding away. The Hyundai showed no remorse for the move, as there was not even a hint of braking or turning away before the impact. The driver simply continued on their way like nothing happened, not stopping to check if he committed vehicular manslaughter. We can see when the Hyundai driver passes the camcar that he left his turn signal on when he was “lane filtering”. Uproar Motorists of all sorts were none too pleased by such behaviour on the road, condemning the Hyundai driver Others also noted how the incident looked intentional, as the driver showed no concern after hitting the bike. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 13. A Singaporean man has been charged with dangerous driving over a four-car accident in New Zealand that killed a motorcyclist. Lew Wei Kiong, 29, had been due in the Dunedin District Court on Tuesday (Dec 8) to face a count of dangerous driving causing death. Three new charges of dangerous driving causing injury were also due to be brought against him, reported the Otago Daily Times, but the case has been adjourned to Dec 22. Lew, who works at the Energy Market Authority (EMA), was involved in the accident along the state highway in North Otago, about 20km south of Oamaru, on Nov 29. EMA confirmed to Shin Min Daily News that Lew was an employee and that it was extending aid to two employees in New Zealand. According to stuff.co.nz, Lew was driving a rented Toyota and had allegedly crossed the double yellow lines on the highway to overtake a group of cars. He crashed into two cars and a motorcycle travelling in the opposite direction. The passenger in the Toyota, who is also believed to be Singaporean, had to be cut from the car and was flown to Dunedin Public Hospital with serious injuries. Five others suffered injuries, while the motorcyclist, 39-year-old Craig Alan Chambers, died at the scene. New Zealand police had blamed the car crash on driver "inattention". The accident also reportedly reignited a debate over tourist drivers and the condition of roads in New Zealand, with Labour Party MP Damien O'Connor suggesting that poor road design could have led to the crash. He said that certain roads on the country's south island could be confusing for foreign drivers and clearer signage was needed. http://www.straitstimes.com/asia/australianz/singapore-tourist-charged-with-dangerous-driving-after-fatal-crash-in-new-zealand?utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook#xtor=CS1-10
  14. Now I know why when you make a mess it’s sometimes called a skidmark. Watch this video to see what kind of mess the lorry and taxi made when they came together. What happened? On 1 May 2023, a crash involving a lorry and a Hyundai taxi took place at the junction of Bras Basah Road and Nicoll Highway in front of Suntec Convention Centre. It is unclear as to the causes of the crash as the two cars are faced away from each other. The lorry was facing towards the entrance of Esplanade MRT while the taxi still faced the direction of the road. Think of one of those diagrams for vectors in O-Levels (ughhhhh). The lorry has been flipped to its side, while the taxi is some distance away from it with an open fuel tank and missing its entire front end. I’m really confused by this crash because the taxi is some distance away from the lorry, facing a completely different direction than the lorry even after impact. But somehow it was not hit with enough force to flip the taxi over or deal more structural damage. The video also shows a glimpse of a deployed airbag in the taxi, but no signs of any one having been inside the vehicle. SCDF personnel were present to close off the scene and gather evidence from the taxi. The taxi also left a trail of fluids behind it and intermittent skid marks on the road. If the trail is wet, does it become diarrhea instead? We do not know the condition of the drivers or if any pedestrians were involved. Online chatter Many speculate speeding on at least one driver’s fault, with one commenter joking about testing the new F1 route. And of course, someone had to bring attention to the skid mark. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 15. TL;DR - Domino's Pizza delivery bike plays real-life game of dodge the NV200 at a discretionary right turn Pizza delivery gone wrong. Watch this 40 second clip of the collision. What Happened? A Nissan NV200 collided with a Domino's Pizza delivery bike at the discretionary right turn junction on Pioneer North Road in Singapore, under the PIE Flyover. The incident caused damage to both vehicles and raised concerns about road safety for delivery drivers. According to eyewitnesses, the Domino's Pizza delivery bike was traveling straight on Pioneer North Road when the Nissan NV200 made a right turn without signaling, causing the collision. The delivery driver was thrown from his bike and sustained minor injuries, while the NV200 suffered significant damage to its front end. Online Chat Amongst the hundreds of comments, the majority of them were pinpointing that this road is extremely dangerous. Hello @LTA? So please have more patience for people who are delivering your food, they’re delivering more than just your pizza - it comes with a side of risk. Nissan NV200 driver and the rider must have forgotten they're not playing Mario Kart… Takeaway The incident highlights the importance of road safety, especially at discretionary right turns where accidents are usually most seen at such junctions. Delivery riders, who are often required to navigate busy roads and make multiple stops in a short amount of time, make them the ones that are most at risk of such accidents. Above all, all drivers should practice cautiousness on the road and be extra vigilant - treat all junctions as accident black-spot zones and ride expecting the unexpected. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 16. TL;DR - Singapore Traffic Police crack down on Lalamove’s dangerous driving and wreaking havoc on the streets Toyota Hiace driver's reckless drive land him in a joyous ride to the police station Watch this 2 minute video of the driver getting nabbed (and his partner just randomly laying on the ground). What happened? A Toyota Hiace driver was recently arrested by the Traffic Police after crashing into a walkway along Jalan Sultan *school zone*. The incident caused damage to both the vehicle and the surrounding area. The driver was allegedly speeding when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the walkway. The impact was so severe that it caused the steel railing to fall off onto the ground. The Singapore Traffic Police were alerted to the incident and arrived on the scene shortly after. The driver was immediately arrested with handcuffs. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of accidents caused by reckless driving, particularly among younger drivers. The authorities have responded by stepping up enforcement efforts and implementing tougher penalties for offenders. The consequences of reckless driving can be severe, both for the driver and for innocent bystanders. Not only can it result in injury or death, but it can also lead to legal and financial repercussions, such as fines, demerit points, and even imprisonment. Online Chat If I may ask, what is the guy lying down on the ground for...? Do you think the driver was under the influence of drugs/alcohol or do you think he was just simply a reckless driver, driving without due care? Comment down below! Takeaway The incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of reckless driving and the importance of obeying traffic laws. Singapore has some of the strictest traffic regulations in the world, and the authorities are very, very quick to take action against anyone who flouts the rules. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 17. TL;DR - Garbage truck loses control and crashes into traffic light while almost taking out a pedestrian This is exactly why you should never use your phone while crossing the road! Watch this 60-second clip to see how vigilant the pedestrian was (phew, thankfully) What happened? On April 16, a Sembcorp garbage truck lost control and caused an accident along Ganges Ave. One pedestrian narrowly avoided the collision. SGRV’s Facebook page received dashcam video of the incident, which showed a white garbage truck veering suddenly at a traffic light. The truck slammed into both the traffic light and the divider. A woman crossing the intersection managed to see the approaching truck and quickly sprinted back to the side of the road for safety. Online Chat Can’t imagine if she was distracted by her phone and whatnot… Gosh. Many netizens were commending the pedestrian, not just for her fast reflexes but also how vigilant she was. While the rest were bashing the truck driver. Of course. Is this Terminator in action? Perhaps Sembcorp should terminate him lah… Takeaway Always ensure that vehicles are stopped at the stop line and look out for traffic before crossing the road. 18. TL;DR - Expat arrested after driving BMW into traffic light at Chinatown and crashing another parked vehicle at Tiong Bahru Pfft, probably got drunk from soju. Watch this 39-second video of the BMW 523i going down in smoke. What happened? A Korean expat was arrested after smashing his 523i into a traffic light in a busy intersection at Chinatown. The driver then crashed into more parked vehicles in the carpark of his condo at Tiong Bahru. The BMW was seen emitting smoke with the bonnet of the car badly dented. The car plate also fell off amidst the ram. The fire brigade was mobilized to put out the fumes. It was reported that the driver was visibly intoxicated and driving erratically before the collision occurred. The impact of the crash was so severe that the traffic light was uprooted and the car was left severely damaged. Did you know? People can be charged with drink-driving in Singapore if they exceed the legal alcohol limit. In Singapore, the limit stands at 35 mg of alcohol for every 100 mL of breath or 80 mg of alcohol for every 100 mL of blood. Online Chat The incident has sent shockwaves not just among the netizens but through the expat community, with many expressing their disappointment and concern about the irresponsible behavior of their fellow expat. Driving under influence is a serious offense in Singapore, and it is even more serious when the suspect is a non-Singaporean. Come Singapore at least obey traffic rules lah... 19. What happened? Phoo Yi Lin, 26, admitted on Monday to driving the white BMW M4 in a dangerous manner at around 5.35am on Feb 13, 2021. This was prior to the incident where another driver caused a fatal crash that claimed 5 lives. It was not disclosed if Ms Phoo was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident, but District Judge Salina Ishak noted that Phoo had consumed alcohol before she drove the car that morning. Ms Phoo and her friends drove around the Tanjong Pagar area, taking turns at the wheel to see who could drive the car the fastest. She clocked 109km/h to 130km/h, but dashcam footage from a taxi in the area suggests that she may have hit 181km/h as well. The speed limit for that area is 50km/h. The prosecutor requested for the maximum fine of S$5,000 to be meted out to Phoo. This is considering that a cyclist and at least two pedestrians were present when she sped the car down the road. People charged for dangerous driving face up to 12 months in jail, a $5,000 fine or both. Ms Phoo’s sentence was a $5,000 fine and a 3 month ban from driving. Her lawyer pleaded with the court to “give her a chance”, adding that she had lost her job and had lost a number of friends due to the accident. On 16 March she requested to leave Singapore, but her application was rejected as she was considered a flight risk facing a serious offence. Online chatter Many people were amazed that she did not get any jail time. Some people also called into question if the ban on driving would be any good, or if it was even harsh enough. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 20. A Mini Cooper S launched itself at a Toyota camcar in Kluang, causing a massive jam and turning both cars into wrecks on their sides. What happened? The camcar was sitting at the junction when the Mini turned in towards the camcar's right, going too fast and hitting the camcar head on. This resulted in both cars being flipped on their side. We can see in the video that debris littered the road, metal and glass coming from the damaged bodywork of both cars. Some passersby helped out to get the cars back on their wheels in order to be towed away. The accident caused a traffic jam that went for an unknown distance. The conditions of the drivers are unknown. Online chatter Many people were angered by the Mini’s unsafe driving, and took note of its Singapore registration to use it as an example of bad Singaporean drivers. Some also made fun of the Mini’s spoiler, which was unable to give it enough downforce to keep from flipping. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 21. TL;DR - Mazda 5 driver’s failure to obey traffic rules sent a pedestrian flying at Yuan Ching Road. This Mazda driver definitely lives up to the standard of being a ‘kiasu’ Singaporean. Watch this to see what I mean. What Happened? A (dramatic) footage surfaced on SGRV of a Mazda driver knocking down a pedestrian and sending him in the air at Yuan Ching Road. The traffic light was green for pedestrian crossing (with a significant number of seconds left) when a Mazda 5 driver decided to still drive across, thinking he could out-beat the pedestrian. Unfortunately, he did not. And this ‘kiasu’ mistake resulted in the pedestrian getting banged. The young pedestrian was cartwheeled into the air from the impact, hitting his head on the concrete as he slammed into the ground. Online Chatter As much as everyone is ‘shitting’ on the Mazda driver, some also attacked the SBS bus for dashing off and the poor victim for not being careful when crossing the road (even though it was his right of way). Oh well, it seems like everyone is at fault, one way or another. So hard to please the people. Nonetheless, wishing the pedestrian a speedy recovery. 22. TL;DR - An accident involving a Ferrari with a Singapore-registered licence plate and a Toyota Altis occurred in Muar, Malaysia recently. The result of letting a 22 year old drive a ferrari… Here’s some pictures of a $600k supercar losing the entirety of its value in different angles. And a beyond damage Altis. What Happened? An accident happened after its driver failed to control the vehicle while on Kilometer 144 North-South Highway northbound, this morning. Muar District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz said, in the incident at 7.25 a.m., a Ferrari driven by a youth from Singapore had rammed into the back of a Toyota Altis ridden by four local men in their 50s. "The accident is believed to have occurred when a luxury car driven by a 22-year-old Singaporean that was on its way to Kuala Lumpur crashed into the back of the victim's car which was in the right lane. "As a result of the accident, both vehicles have crashed to the right of the road and resulted in all Toyota Altis passengers suffering minor injuries," he said when called.
