I have the following existing incurable illnesses: 1) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urticaria Seen specialist in National Skin Centre 2) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uveitis Yearly visit to specialist in National Eye Centre 3) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankylosing_spondylitis Three mthly visit to specialist in SGH 4) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irritable_bowel_syndrome Open date appt given by specialist in TTSH And just last week was diagnose with : 5) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosacea Saw specialist in SGH How can I lower my medical bills??? Currently paying subsides rate of S$25 for consultation for seeing the different specialist. Each visit to SGH, spent S$100+. Every time ask me go for blood test, x-ray, bone density scanning and trying different expensive medicine. Any insurance company out there willing to cover me??? Willing to pay a small premium mthly to cover all my existing medical expenses. Currently it is being paid by my company lah but when I resign/terminated/retrench/retire, I still need to see these specialist for treatment. And not sure wat next illness will come and find me.

My car is a honda Fit, left 2 years 3 months. Topped up petrol at Esso, Esso 95. Upon leaving the station, noticed engine check light on, but not flashin Drove for 20 mins to eat, turned off and Start again light still on This morning the engine check light disappeared Should I bring to workshop and check or since it went away should be okie? Since no engine light on,means the diagnostic tool willl not pick up anything wrong with the car? First time car owner here with mcf sticker 🥶

Hi, i am driving Vios NCP93. I have recently replaced my shock absorbers to KYB in JB. Now whenever i go over hump, it makes noise especially when going over at a faster speed. No noise issue during cruising. Please recommend me a experience workshop locally that could solve this issue. Thank you guys.

Am driving a 7yrs old Mit Lancer GLX with mileage of about 135k. Tyre age is about 1.5years. Recently noticed that my care tyre wear off unevenly. The wear only happen on the front left outer side wall. The front right tyre is not. What could be the problem? Do I need wheel alignment? Or is the suspension kaput? (still in stock since day 1). Enquire Proton sg at Tts for diagnose to know what parts need to replace is SGD50 while at Larkin Svc Ctr is around RM85-95.My Saga BLM after 5 years got faulty Intake Air Fuel Module sensor problem.When drive for about 15-20 mins idling will hear diesel like clattering sound.Proton sg also no idea how much does the sensor cost cause have to ask Malaysia side.Hot whether will consume a bit of fuel cause of hot air not well regulated.My Exora also siao2 last 4 months already change abs sensor now appear again..Suspect batt nearly weak.Think fanbelt also need to replace Liao..

got one time i doing a tricky 3pt turn, then my my front car chin mount the kerb quite a bit. after that i bend down see see. there are some pipes below rite? mostly black due to dirty. but got some parts silver... guess kana scrap off due to the mounting. from that time on, whenever i reverse my car can hear some quite loud kik-kik kok-kok sound... i know go let mechanic see lah... that will happen when i go servicing few mths time... but meanwhile can assess if anything serious? THANKS!

Hello bros, After my last adventure on bursting of the ATF cooler pipe, a new problem has emerged. What I have done so far: 1. Replace the pipe, change ATF filter and gasket, top-up ATF = new found problem 2. Flush/serviced my valve body, changed new ATF fluid = does not solve problem The "problem" I keep mentioning is actually when I start the engine, and with aircon on, the rpm is hovering around 750 -900. When shift to "D" can feel that gear is not engaged, as well as rise in rpm to around 1100. When stepping on accelerator, can feel the car jerking off (like launch control), but the rest of gear shift is ok. However, after driving for some distance, whenever I stop I can feel the car jerking still. As if the car trying to move, and the rpm is still hovering around 1100. But when I release the brake and steps on accelerator again, sometime it feels like the gear is not engaged, especially on slope the car roll back a bit. Sorry my english bad today. Tearing my hair off trying to figure out what's wrong. Anybody here got ideas?

Hi MCF Bros... I went to AutoBacs today to have my batt changed and then they inform me that my RPM is too low about 500rpm only... They ask me whether or not the timing belt has been changed or not, i said "yes"... they offered me to do a diagnose on my car and reset dun know what ... and adjust my RPM... it cost S$80/-... Anyone do b4?? any effect?? Normally what u guy do when after changed the timing belt??? a must to do after timing belt change??why??
