  2. Just came back from my 10K servicing in Ubi. Booked the slot 2 weeks ago for 9:30am, reached at 9:20 and was asked to take a number. end up there were 10 more pax in front of me and by the time i was served, it was already 11:45am. by the time my car was done, it was 1:30pm, a good half day wasted. i asked one of the pax holding a smaller number whether he booked in advance, he didnt. i asked the service lady why even bother with the phone booking when we still have to wait? she told me many reasons but none satisfied me. i told her that there should be seperate queue for those with advance booking and those walk-in. also the idea of advance booking is to ensure the workload will not be more than what their technican can handle and so that customer do not have to waste un-neccessary time. in the past i used the alexander site for my 1k and 5K service, it was ontime and i didnt have to wait any time more than the servicing time. it seemed to me that since they shut down the alexander site and yet to open the new leng kee one, Ubi has been over-crowded! granted that from the time i was served to my car finished service, the service was polite and prompt. But this initial waiting is simply wasting of time. i dont know whether anyone from StarAuto is reading this, but i reckon that i will not go back for my 20K servicing. For those who already booked their time slots, my advice is go early and take the queue number, your booking slot only serves as a reminder to yourself when to go to StarAuto. the receptionist didnt even bother to ask whether i booked in advance. For those who wanted to service your car but the operator told you no more slots, fear not, go there at 8:30am, and you should be done by 10am (provided not many people think that way also) i learned this the hard way...
