    HP Helpdesk

    Have anyone tried to call HP helpdesk with regards to their faulty HP computers or printers? Your call will be diverted to india where their call center is and oh my god, the helpdesk there really pissed me off. P.S: Im not a racist.... but I'm just venting my agony... Here's an account when I called HP helpdesk in regards to a printer that cannot be switched on. Me: Hello, I'm calling from XYZ company and I would like to request for a HP engineer to be onsite to work with my faulty printer. HP: OKk Sir, vart sims to be the plobrem Me: Eeermm, I couldn't power on the printer. HP: Okk sir, can I'd harf the serial number. I'm a already kinda brain overloaded trying to listen hard to what he wanna say while I furnish him with the printer serial number and model number. HP: Okk sir, can you look at the display and gib me the page count of your printer. Me: I told you I couldn't power it on, how am I able to see the page count. HP: Okk sir, Varn minute. I gib you your case ID. After waiting for a while... keep hearing the constant heavy breathing of the Indian guy and a lot of ppl speaking in don't know what language at the background, I started the conversation again.... Me: So how is it can I have the case ID? HP: Yes sirr.. HP: 552 Varn 62 Egg Yam Me: huh??? (Thinking as thou his ordering some food) Me: I repeat 5521628 M for Malaysia HP: No!! M for Mumbai..
