Hi, my friend is caught in a situation where the dealer still owes him $$ and refused to pay up. Cut story short... He sell his car to the dealer (RJ trading enterprise - Son of the owner), and bought another car from a private owner. He took a loan going through RJ trading enterprise for UOB loan. Now the dealer tells him he got no $$ to pay my friend as he is in debts and have no $$ to pay up. Alot of sms was exchanged. This has been dragged for 9 mths already. The original owe amount was $4k+. For the 1st few 4-5mths, the dealer did pay small amounts back to my friend. But afterwhich from 5 mth till now, no news. Sms and tell got no $$ and needs more time. This dealer still owes my friend close to $1K What is your take on this?
