Wanted to see the infamous skybridge, but was led to a show flat undergoing reno at 44th level. It is suppose to be a 4 room unit at 95 sq meters. I realized the kitchen is half the size of normal HDB bedroom, all the bedrooms are 3/4 of the size of the normal HDB bedroom too. In fact the bedrooms are so small that the owner hack one of the walls to combine the master bed room and one of the bed room. The living room is kind of squarish and real compact size. There's also a mini service balcony which has built in poles for hanging clothes, the length is also 3/4 our normal tekko. There were a few others there visiting and even comment that the bedroom size like a maid room. The good points are of cos central location and real nice unblock view of harbor and city. Amenities like NTUC, hawker, market, coffee shop, roti prata, shopping centers etc. They will need all these cos people would spent most of their time out instead of in the house. It's after all a HDB make to look like a condo and sell high like a condo. I was thinking of trying my luck on BTO flats at Queenstown. Forget it.

Dear all, May I know anyone bought Pinnacle Notes Series 7 issued by Morgan Stanley? Basket Company (1) Bank of America Corporation (2) Citigroup Inc (3) DBS Group (4) UOB (5) Singtel (6) OCBC Hong Leong Finance sold this product to my wife. They explained that as long as above Basket Company didn't bankrupt, the fund will be safe. However, what happen when Morgan Stanley go bankrupt? What will happen to this investment? Thanks for sharing in advance :)

Hey, just some pics to share. wash with Meguiars Goldclass car wash wax> meguiars NXT, topped with Pinnacle Souveran rims was waxed with Wheelwax from autogeek all done by hand totalling 3 hours will try to polish the care first next time.

another D.I.Y session with my latest purchase...the souveran..The result is nose bleeding on a blackie.Deep,wet glossy...one of the best carnauba wax i tried..highly recommend but the price is here it goes The product "Brilliant on Red" , "Awesome on Black" Owner has got himself another LGT.. can't wait for it to arrive

Kena bitten by the detailing bug quite jialat this time. Am now looking for the following to supplement my detailing arsenal: Sonus SFX-1 Restore Polish Sonus SFX-2 Enhance Polish Sonus SFX-3 Final Polish Sonus Acrylic Glanz Sonus Acrylic Spritz Pinnacle Souveran Carnauba Wax or P21S carnauba wax Sonus Paintwork Cleanser Am also looking for a good paintwork cleanser. I've read about using rubbing alcohol-water mix, and someone recommended soft99 pre-wax cleanser (at $35, it'd make more sense to get the Swissol Cleaner Fluid). Swissol Cleaner Fluid and Cleaner Fluid Medium are also good options if anyone can get a good price for them. I'd stick with AIO, but I've got some light scratches that I would like to polish out instead of filling in. If anyone has any idea where to get any of the above products, I'd very veyr much appreciate it :)

Just laernt about layering by accident over the weekend. Had gone down to a friend's place to see how he applies Z5, and applied soft00 Authentic Gold carnauba wax the next day. Turned out that layering carnauba wax over a polymer base does give some rather stunning effects, so I'm now hooked on the polyer-carnauba layering method. Have been reading nothing but good things about P21S, Pinnacle Soveran, and Klasse in this and other leading forums like Autopia, and have found out that a shop in Toh Guan Centre (Bronze-Carman) sells P21S and Klasse, but I've not been able to find anyone who sells Pinnacle Soveran, which I understand is also a fantastic wax. Hope some of the experts here can advise on where I can get Pinnacle Soveran. Thanks :)
