  1. What do you think should happen to the guy? In an official email, sent to all staff, speaking as the CEO of Science Centre he said... That wasn't the only foolish / stupid / off colour remark in the email....you can read the full text at TOC Generally speaking - I am pretty forgiving of what people say in their personal capacity. In a case like this however - given his senority, the nature of the business and the business owner - I think he should be fired. Not only is he creating, what I think is a "hostile work environment" - but his views are obviously sexist and the views are, in my opinion ""incompatible with the values and standards expected of employees" of an institution like Singapore Science Centre. So what say you?
