Genie47 1st Gear June 1, 2006 Share June 1, 2006 Its not toos kernee. I believe they tried to name it after the Italian province of Tuscany. The Italian that speaks the dialect there is called a Tuscan. You pronounce it like you pronounce the Star Wars tribe (Tusken raider) that attacked Luke Skywalker in Ep4: ANH. So it should be pronounced as tusk-kun. If you pronounce it like the Italian province, it will by tusk-kunee. BTW, Tuscan architecture and food is very unique in Italy. ↡ Advertisement

Elfenstar 3rd Gear June 1, 2006 Share June 1, 2006 nope... i was recently corrected by one of my native french speaking friends. Those arent entire accurate in pronounciation coz the french innotation is hard to write out using standard alphabets. closest i could think off... as for VW, thinking that Kurt Wagner in X-men 2 was pronounced as Kurt Varg-ner, i wouldnt be surprised
Ecaf Neutral Newbie June 1, 2006 Share June 1, 2006 Which maybe why BMW & MB name their cars in simple alphanumeric. If not, very malu for the rich towkay if dunno how to prononced yea, i think only mazda uses numeric for cars tt are from asia, as a general identity. so far no crazy names from them. even their MPV is called MPV i remember an episode from Simpsons, a guy was saying to better market cars, give them fancy japanese cars. there was a mention of a japanese car called Tempura Hatchback
