Abbess Neutral Newbie July 29, 2006 Share July 29, 2006 how is it compared to SP9000? i used sp9000 last time and i like it good grip on wet and dry
W210k 1st Gear July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 Direzza is Dunlop's 2nd tier tyres. I believe these are only "V" rated. Dunlop's top-end model used to be the SP Sport 9000. Now its the SP Sport Maxx. These latter two have got "W" rating.

Linus Clutched July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 as far as i know, bro protege, terminste and sis lukie are using this tyres. maybe u want to PM them for their comments.
Lukie102 Clutched July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 i've only used st115 and currently on dz101. st115 i bought abt $85/ea and dz101 abt $95/ea. would say st115 wear faster and much noisier but my feel is the grip (wet and dry) is slightly better than dz101. Jusnel 6th Gear July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 dun worry, you wont regret this tyre. its good for cornering. i did it on 70km/h on wet corners..... not planning to try on higher speed! proven to be good on dry and wet, and not so much noise. i had st115 last time. this one gives alot of noise and wear faster. DZ101 is better in these 2 areas, and yet good on dry and wet. and its reasonable price too!
Law_ong Neutral Newbie July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 wat size are u using? $95 consider cheap leh..
Law_ong Neutral Newbie July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 st115 is not good on the noise and durability portion but its grip is good...
Porche 5th Gear July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 DZ101 is good...! in terms of wet and dry weather, better grip than ST115...i now using ST115 wear off rate lousy, water lousy....cos i just lup into someone's rear
Katou Neutral Newbie July 30, 2006 Author Share July 30, 2006 Okay.. understood.. =)
Law_ong Neutral Newbie July 30, 2006 Share July 30, 2006 i not sure about Dz101 coz i have not used it...but i have no such problem with st115...its perform better than my precedas. sorry to hear of your accident. hope your fine....but rearing another one does not mean the tyres are lousy..it depend alot of factors when involve in such situation....even a very good tyres could end someone in a accident too...be careful while driving in wet bro ↡ Advertisement
