For starters, I think the brakes on the MX5 are as big as the one on the 520i.

I havent driven the latest mx5, but i've "tested" the first and if the reports that the latest is even better than that... then if you're comparing against a z3 or m3 unlikely, but against even the m5, definately!

Of coz it can lah. Their weight difference is so huge, how to even compare. Should compare MX5 with Z4 mah, but Mx5 still handles better lah.
