Dear All,

I am confused. Can someone shed some light? I have a 3 year old car which I am keen to get some special coating. I was quoted some nano coating from my AD but was looking for alternatives at better value. I have found that the Sonax Nano in Autobacs in the west is almost similiar but the car will be out of action for one day and it is too far for me.

Any alternatives? DB the same as Nano coat (similar)?

Advice? Cost?

Thanx!

Hey there I'm on SONAX's Paint Protect too. Price wise, competitive but results.. I'm [thumbsup] [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

Yes it took about one day for my ride as well but that's because they also do the interior completely apart from just the paint protection!

So far just washing car with water and normal shampoo shine still as good.

Not sure about DB but I heard you have to specially use their "Diamondbrite Car Shampoo" to maintain the shine.

Sorry. OT from DB a bit but seems like got die hard Groomwerkz users here (Radx)

I also just started using Groomwerkz.

Attracted by their car wash and accessibility.

Have not started my grooming yet but already washed twice.

Previously done opticoat and wash and wax by myself weekly.

Got water spots but no discernible swirl marks.

Realised my ride has a LOT of swirl marks since I started using them.

V unsightly under sunlight...

Heart pain but only consolation is prolly can highlight during grooming.

But concern about future washes AFTER grooming.

Will they introduce back the unsightly swirls marks?

Wonder if any bros have the same concerns?
