Bro, I have installed this on my Sunny auto. Have been using it for about 3 months now. very value for money. pickup and overtaking is no more an issue. however, this is not a fuelsaving device. Can pm me for more details.

Is Sprint Booster a generic device that can fit in all cars, or have to find one that is custom made for your car?

If you have an electronically controlled accelerator (Drive by wire), likely it will work. Please check with the sales on your car model.

 

That simply means, there are specific SB for your car.
