The sliding feature is sturdy as compared to the previous sliders... GPS link up is fast (mustn't have an overhead obstruction when doing the linkup)... Just one thing to note... I've already used it on a number of occasions when I need to find super ulu places to send my brochures to... Would be looking to upgrade the map but seems like Route 66's site is down...
