GLass for polishing cars?

hi guys. saw on mag this month tat there is a new type of polishing for car using a glass compound to act as the sealant. seems very impressive on the mag, wonder if anyone here going to try it out or tried and able to share some experience?

Could you find out what is the brand of that product ? Or which magazine/issue did you see this in ? So far, the only product I know with 'glassplexin' is called GLARE.

ya. i tink its this product.saw it in this mth mag, its either motoring or wheels..

If it is GLARE, we already have a discussion thread on it in the DETAILING folder. It is not available for sale individually, but only as a grooming package. The contact details for the company selling it [GLARE] is listed in the GROOMING CENTRES thread in the RESOURCES folder. It costs S$488 for a small car and S$588 for a medium sized car, with a warranty of 18 months.

Another thing to note is that a few days ago, my car kenna birdshit and I rinsed it off probably no later than 2 hours. There's still a stain there. I guess you cannot entirely believe their claims.
