Thank you Robert! That is a very good suggestion :)

We will be adding more topics over the next few weeks and tyre puncture repair and wheel alignment are great topics.

Cheers for the info, will send you a PM regarding the list, we are in quite a few but perhaps some have missed us out :)

Much thanks for the kind reply, we appreciate it.

Industry guide to rotate a tyre is every 10,000km

http://www.tyresdontspoil.com/articles/general-care-guide.html

Cycle & Carriage defies convention by recommending tyre rotation every 5,000km

http://www.aftersales.cyclecarriage.com.sg/articles/article-15.html

Rotate early is ok, but rotate late is bad.

Asian cars already need to change oil every 10k, surprised they haven't made all conti cars do that also.

In most Asian countries, most car will hit 10k km every 3 - 4 months.

If reduce interval further, are expecting the owner to go for service more?

Go more often can earn more money. COE limited, means in future lesser money to earn. Servicing is a new source of recurring revenue.

Any recommendation for a good workshop to do the said service? Hate those that just do not care about your ride, anyhow scrap off the metal weights and scratch the precious wheels.

Definitely Guan Lee Tyre at ubi. Boss is Mr Tay, he’s a one man show.

$20 for tyre rotation.

Tyres (limited choices though) and Battery are cheap too.

Mr Tay 97898121, can call or msg him.

Guys, must we do alignment together with rotation and balancing>?

Can alignment be done on it's own?....say a few months after tyre rotation and balancing>? [laugh]
