Fauzikhld Neutral Newbie October 19, 2010 Share October 19, 2010 i've been driving my SX4 for coming 3 years. Using Motul Engine oil and removing spare tyre, i hit 18.7 - 19.3km/L on cross island highways. I work in the east live in the west, my petrol (Shell 95) hits and average S$380 a month. Servicing every 10km (4 times a year). I love my drive every single day.

Zze121 3rd Gear May 18, 2011 Share May 18, 2011 Whao 10? my scoobie getting 9.8 and its close. Should state the tyre profile and engine oil used, cos they affect your FC.
Yuxiang Neutral Newbie May 18, 2011 Share May 18, 2011 Mine is mostly city drive, stock tyre and change engine oil every 6 months (Comfort Delgro in-house fully sync oil), the FC shown on the display board is 11.5km/l.
Zze121 3rd Gear May 18, 2011 Share May 18, 2011 Not bad consider city driving n much better than my scoobie. Compare to my ex G9.5 Altis yr is about there with the same setup of 1.6L 4 speeder on 16" rim on city with FC 12L. If highway can hit 17 is just like a Jazz/Fit liao. Pandaeyes Neutral Newbie May 18, 2011 Share May 18, 2011 (edited) Fellow bros, do anyone haf any idea how's the fc for sx4 sedan? My latest FC is 10.5km/l based on 90% city n 10% expressway. My car is 4 yrs old. Mileage 65000km. Rims is 17. Tyre is 205/50/17. Fully synthetic oil n changed my trans oil twice. I think getting 18-19 km/l is ridiculous. It is not a TSI.
