contractors...I know there are alot in the ST and internet but we do not know of their back ground.

my friend's mum is contractor. she did our place.

 

we did not commit to her services from the start, but went round hunting for quotes. she gave us the best price, without seeing the other quotes.

 

if u want her contact, can PM me.

 

whatever the case, source for ur own independent quotes first. if "recommended" contractors are only a bit more ex, i'd suggest to go for the trusted one.

Depends not the cheapest but I see the worksmanship is good.

 

I think both of them did a full renovation for their old 3 room flat $40K+....ex or not I also don't know.

i used Mr. Yeak 5 yrs ago. His quote is one of the cheapest and he is a very chin chye kinda guy. Won't be calculative with you

 

He is professional in dealing (no late appointment etc) and does not take on more projects than he can handle. Workmanship is quite good too. He is still one of the most popular contractor in renotalk
