I don't think so. 1st Touran is conti...few s'porean will even consider it. 2nd, it cost more at least $10k more that the RSZ and Mz5.

10K / 7 year loan, makes sense to get conti then jap + it has a whole host of safety feature which to me makes it more family friendly

If money is not an issue...go for the conti. It's not just about getting the car, buy also need to set aside money for replacement and repir which generally cost more + money for car rental/taxi fare...cos some parts need to be ordered and shipped over.

Actually it's not so much about how much money one have...but how much one is willing to commit to a car. It's like buying insurance. Some will insure big sum, while others just insure the minimum.
