Silver_blade Turbocharged November 7, 2008 Share November 7, 2008 (edited) If you are a good performer, you will be headhunted. But if you are lousy....few people will want you, be it public or private sector. Edited November 7, 2008 by Silver_blade
Richmanson Neutral Newbie November 7, 2008 Share November 7, 2008 Young man, rolling stones gather no moss. You are lucky to be able to get advise from people like me; don't keep switching job just because you want to avoid bad times! Switch when your can make a career jump. Silver_blade Turbocharged November 7, 2008 Share November 7, 2008 What do you want to know? Like any job, there will be people who will quit their current job for a higher paying one. No diff in public sector or private sector. Working in a civil service doesn't always means you have to be tied down with contract/bond, etc....except for the uniform groups. Silver_blade Turbocharged November 7, 2008 Share November 7, 2008 not always true. A lot depend on why you left, how you can contribute to the organisation and how desperate they are.....just like any company.
