Anyone bought car from Jack Cars?

cannot find any review on Jack Cars on the net..wondering if it's a reliable company.

 

Their car all sold with "performance image" label, also cannot find anything on this company...anyone know ?

Depends. Sometimes you can betray your own integrity under management directive and/or customer pressure.

Anyway, I've a friend who works in Jack Cars. Not really that close to her that I would recommend you but it depends on what you look for.

 

They are selling in pasar malam beside Causeway point now. You can have a look there.

 

Personally I would go for the inhouse PI since most ppl buy from there and they can't chao kuan to you if you are looking for a family car.

 

If look for high performance cars I would recommend you those specialist in these cars like GR etc.. At least you know your car will be fine with their warranty. :)

was recommended to this PI as he knows someone working there, but just finds it fishy that internet search is showing nothing about the 2 names..

When the deal is too good to be true , its a bit hard to believe, but also the manager was damn pushy at the Turf City , keep asking me to make a booking on my first visit in the end i got from another PI with my pearl white F.O.C

SE good but company got lousy policy also no use....

 

If buying from PI, I will go for one that is reputable with more accolades than complains.

 

When I bought my car....the SE very steady...all the promises he made he put on sales contract. (I got 5K worth of accessories + 6K discount + 1 yr insurance....catch is that my ride is a showroom car....not test drive but park in the showroom for pple to see only)

do your homework first on specs and accessories given with the car , for example solar film got many types - from vkool to tan ah kool

I would strongly advised against buying any cars from Jack Cars!!! I have a terrible experience with them. Before buying a car from them, they will assure you of providing good support and warranty for 3 years. The sales staff told me that I can service and repair my car at many workshops under TWM. Within 2 years, the TWM collapsed. The company assured clients that they are taking over the warranty. Recently, I experienced gear box problems for my A3 1.8T which is less than 3 years old. I read in a Straits Times article that VW is recalling 6000 cars in Singapore, affected cars are Golf, Scirocco, Passat etc. I remember that Passat is also 1.8T and uses a similar 7 speed DSG gearbox as A3. I approached them for assistance and they have been most unhelpful. They are only interested to shirk any responsibilities. To make matters worse, they informed me that they are going to void my 3 years warranty because during my last servicing, it was not done at their authorized workshop. I checked the terms and conditions of the service booklet and it did not make any mention that servicing must be done at their workshop. It only states that repairs must be done at their authorized workshop.

 

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR from Jack Cars. Regret my decision to save $20k and buy a car from them.

 

I am currently reviewing my options. Any advice?

VW recalled so you expect Audi to do that too..? More over your car is PI car....you never write to Germany? See can send back your car to Germany for gerabox issue...
