tink u mistaken. cancellation of payment is separate from cancellation of purchase.

if u wanna cancel purchase, go back to shop to negotiate or exercise whatever t&c within ur rights.

if u wanna play punk and risk being sued, go ahead, cancel the charge on ur cc.

you have entered into a contract...

best is to talk to the agent..

and credit card transaction cannot be cancelled just like that.. otherwise, what safeguard is there when everyone just buy something and call to cancel transaction...

Of course you have to call the agent to discuss. Bear in mind that you have already entered into a contract, it is not so simple to cancel the purchase.

call CC company and cancel all payments.

den when agent calls you back and say payment denied, you tell them something personal has happened between you and the banks which u do not wish to disclose.

then tell him you no cash cannot down for the car. so haf to put on hold.

meanwhile, ask your banks not to disclose any information to anyone since it shld be confidential. in tat way, the agent call your bank also no use liao.

Why not discuss with the sales person? Since you have only booked yesterday, a lot of paperwork may still not process, you still have a chance to cancel it. If not, you have to find some excuses...

n all the hype of $2 cheap car, many may be in your case. Having second thoughts, rash follow the herd instincts to buy a car thinking it's a good deal.

I was in the showroom this weekends, like fish market, very good sales. I would say the cars are indeed cheaper by $2-5k as compared to last month.

Maybe there is a 14 days think thru period where u can cancel the deal. Talk to your dealer nicely. He may be earning so much comissions that losing ur deal is small peanuts to him. Don't worry, he may not have lock in the contract with his boss yet, there is good chance to cancel.

Can revels why u want to cancel? Not a good deal? Or other pi give better deal? Or u regret? Why?

Sign 3 credit cards??

Did you think it through? Shopping for big ticket items needs time to think through..some people rush into it using lesser time than it takes to decide on groceries (as my fren once qouted to me)..

I think you can stop the bank paying (one means would be to take all your cash out and not pay your credit card debt-> [laugh] hope you read the article on CC debt) but you cannot default on the purchase agreement contract that you signed..you most prob will lose the deposit or a huge part of it.
