If u r using those liquid perfume like Ambipur, the liquid is corrosive and can damage dashboard, centre console, etc if it leaked. [sweatdrop]

If the texture is like the same, there's a good chance that the stains can be minimized. Try a mild vinyl/plastic cleaner. Do not use an abrasive applicator/cleaner (e.g. magic eraser). Do not apply a vinyl protectant/dressing before cleaning the stain off.

What color is your dashboard? Is it hard plastic or soft plastic?

It can be paint but those dull paint not gloss paint.
