Which one is better?

Seen many more good reviews on DrGlass. Their restoration looks more scientific.

Anyway a picture of the chip.

Erm, I went to Glassfix at Bukit Batok twice but never to Dr Glass. So I can't compare. Based on the pic, it's similar to mine too.

Sadly nope. I didn't take any before and after shots. U can go to them and let them assess it. No obligation.

I went to glass-fix at Ubi to fix a chip.

It lasted about 2 yrs.

Then the crack lines start growing.

Eventually, have to change whole windscreen.

They also do windscreen change. Mine was less than $300.

Seems like Glass fix not so good. There are like more good reviews for Dr Glass.

I called the Dr Glass guy. He sounds very confident.

Anyway, it looks like a surface chip. I think I better fix the problem asap before it gets worse.

For those who did with him years ago, your windscreen still intact?

I didn't say glass fix no good.

I'm saying the repair is not permanent. It doesn't matter who do it.

Eventually, it may still failed.

Bro. Go for drglass. they really works well cause i was one of their customer. i had replaced my windscreen on my ex car due to stone chip, the windscreen started being creaky after the 3rd year. so best is to retain the original factory seal..

Yo.

So how many years ago did you do the windscreen from him? And how long can the repaired last?

I called him and he's pretty confident. He says can last till scrap.

The repair last all the way even when i sold my car it is barely visible. it is just a macro dot on your windscreen after repair.. i think i left a review on his page before. that was about 1 or 2 days after he fixed it at my home. your chip shouldn't be much of a problem.and the price for it should be quite ok.

Ok i went to search for my review, it was dated dec 2013, i sold my car on oct 16 2016. so about close to 3 years.
