Friendstar Supercharged March 23, 2009 Share March 23, 2009 let mi add, interior is spartan the interior of Axio is really..... bare minimum. exterior looks simple. tat's about it. u won't really fall in love with the looks of the car. but it'll serve u loyally . how does a car serve u loyally u may ask? through its excellent FC. anyway, the OMV of axio is a mere 13++ k. like someone suggest... might as well get a Kia Forte with its AD support. (ok.. another korea vs jap thinggy again. spare me)
Adrianli Hypersonic March 24, 2009 Share March 24, 2009 any complaints? any happy comments? =) No complaints at all. Happy driving it. Happy comments? Looking at the weekly fuel bill, very happy. Each week pumping less than S$50 of Shell95 with 430+km on Odo. Nice basic and good rear leg room for my rear passengers. I need to push driver seat all the way to the back to drive. Boot space more than enough to pack my weekend r/c helis and boats.
Harveynorman Neutral Newbie March 24, 2009 Share March 24, 2009 Axio has cvt-i transmission and using 1NZ-FE engine. Good FC
Amokie Neutral Newbie March 24, 2009 Share March 24, 2009 here's my personal comments i bought it in Feb 09 at 52k, OMV was 16k, getting some 15.5 km/litre... 1.5litres engine but it has more than enough power to overtake smoothly. PI already provide all the accessories, i don't need to bargain for this and that... (compared to going to borneo) quiet engine, interior, smooth 5 gear CVT change, good legspace, reverse cam only complain from me - interior looks boring, the pick up speed is average... the CVT engine gets quite noisy if you try to push for faster pick up speed. 1st full tank 680km / 41 litres 2nd tank 560km / 39 litres
Somebody 1st Gear March 24, 2009 Author Share March 24, 2009 can we add a tachometer? looks weird without one... haha... so far so good... all good comments.. hmm.. any owners hvae bad feedback?

Yellowbird Clutched March 24, 2009 Share March 24, 2009 can we add a tachometer? looks weird without one... haha... so far so good... all good comments.. hmm.. any owners hvae bad feedback? tachnometer.. u can get the G model... comes with it..... I am driving a axio also.. most of the time highway from east to west... 1 tank can go up to 700+km.... at constant speed of 90-100km/hr..
Amokie Neutral Newbie March 24, 2009 Share March 24, 2009 i say just get the normal version... cheaper... i was driving a manual car before this.... used to look at the tachnometer alot... but now driving axio... it is an auto car... just drive and go, u dun need the tachnometer since it is a PI car, spare parts may not be readily available. did you also consider avante? i feel that the interior is biggest of the class, cool looking blue meterboard, much cheaper. Adrianli Hypersonic March 25, 2009 Share March 25, 2009 can we add a tachometer? looks weird without one... haha... so far so good... all good comments.. hmm.. any owners hvae bad feedback? Sure I also installed a tachometer in my Axio. But very seldom looking at it. Only bad feedback is the noise insulation, and I done soundproofing on wheel arc, fenders, firewall and floor pan. Improved a lot.
