So some people have to be sacrificed along the way.

I've been following up on the narrative of this heinous crime... as all the news reports are saying.... this "hate crime"

 

So when is a hate crime that has resulted in the deaths of nine innocent unconnected people not a terrorist attack?

 

A very thought provocative question --> What is the difference between "hate crime" and "terrorist attack" ?

 

Is it in terms of scale, agenda, intent, method or ideology that define the acts ?

 

And can we also classify Nazi's Holocast as another form of "hate crime" in larger scale ?

To put it simply, the authorities will say that this is a lone wolf operation.... done by deluded people who are not part of a terror organisation... thus cannot be called terrorist acts.

 

But it's just a double standard... as this type of classification fits a narrative that the neocons want the world to form.

 

That's why when a white guy killed 12 people at a Batman movie premier... he was insane... living out his Counter Strike fantasies.

That's why when a white guy killed 20 children and 6 adults at a kindergarten, the motive was OCD and behavioural problems

That's why when Anders Behring killed 78+ teens in Norway... we got 5 days to go through his testimony and realise he is insane.

 

I mean... which sane guy will kill that many people...

Two US TV journalists shot dead on air

Two journalists have been shot dead during a live TV report in the US state of Virginia, their employer confirms.

WDBJ7 TV reporter Alison Parker, 24, and cameraman Adam Ward, 27, were killed during an interview in Moneta, Bedford County, the TV station said.

During the live broadcast, shots could be heard, sending the reporter and the person she was interviewing screaming.

Police say they are investigating the incident and still searching for the suspect.

The fellow who shot the two reporters live on the air posted this video a few minutes ago to his Facebook account. He actually filmed himself as he shot those two individuals. Unbelievable. We've entered a new age of reality folks.

The gun industry in US is a multi-billion industry. Take that away not only their economy suffers but a lot of folks will lose their jobs. In the US losing their jobs is more horrific dan losing their life.

The killer was apparently disgunted co-worker (Vester Lee Flanagan alias "Bryce Williams") who worked at same TV station as the dead reporters before he was dismissed .

 

As usual in the US, this is about race and violence..

 

Now, what lesson can learn from another senseless act ?

 

 

Shooter's POV. He waited until the cameraman pan to the female reporter and than opened fired.

I counted at least 8 shots from the cameraphone's audio.

 

The shooter commited suicide later.

According to Virginia State Police, just before 11:30 a.m., a state trooper attempted to pull over the suspect in his vehicle but he refused to stop. Minutes later, the suspect ran off the road and crashed. Upon approaching the vehicle, the troopers found the male driver suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries, where he eventually died.

Flanagan, who went by the name Bryce Williams, worked at the Virginia local news station before he opened fire on the two journalists at the Bridgewater Plaza outside Moneta, Virginia on live TV around 6:45 a.m.

Parker and Ward were interviewing Vicki Gardner, Executive Director at Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce, when they were attacked. Gardner, who was shot in the back of the head, is currently in stable condition at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital after undergoing emergency surgery.

Late Wednesday morning, the Facebook and Twitter accounts of Williams posted first-person footage showing the gunman aiming and killing Parker. Twitter has taken down Williams’ account completely.

“Alison made racist comments,” was the first message posted Wednesday from Williams’ Twitter page. “EEOC report filed. They hired her after that???”

The tweets continued. “Adam went to HR on me after working with me one time!!!” the next message reads. “I filmed the shooting see Facebook.”

The videos of the shooting were then posted on both Facebook and Twitter.

The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office identified Flanagan as a 6'3", light-skinned black man who weighs about 250 pounds.

ABC News is reporting that they received a lengthy fax from someone claiming to be Bryce Williams. They have turned the document over to authorities.

In an exclusive statement to ET, the family of Parker said, “Today we received news that no family should ever hear. Our vivacious, ambitious, smart, engaging, hilarious, beautiful, and immensely talented Alison was taken from the world. This is senseless and our family is crushed.”

Gunman opens fire at Oregon college in mass killing

ROSEBURG, Ore. (Reuters) - A gunman opened fire at a community college in southern Oregon on Thursday, killing 13 people and wounding some 20 others before he was shot to death by police, state and county officials said, in the latest mass killing to rock a U.S. school.

There were conflicting reports on the number of dead and wounded in the shooting rampage at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, which began shortly after 10:30 a.m. local time (1730 GMT).

The state's attorney general, Ellen Rosenblum, told the local NBC affiliate that 13 people had been slain and 20 wounded. Rosenblum's office did not return calls from Reuters seeking comment.

Governor Kate Brown said the suspect was a 20-year-old man but he was not identified further by authorities. CNN reported that four guns belonging to the shooter were recovered from the scene.

The massacre is the latest in a series of mass shootings at U.S. college campuses, movie theatres, military bases and churches in recent years. The killings have fuelled demands for more gun control in the United States, where ownership of firearms is protected by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and better care for the mentally ill.

President Barack Obama, speaking just hours after the rampage, said the mass killing should move Americans to demand greater gun controls from elected officials.

"Somehow this has become routine," a visibly angry and shaken Obama said. "The reporting is routine. My response here, at this podium, ends up being routine. ...We’ve become numb to this."

Kortney Moore, 18, told the local News Review newspaper that she was in her writing class in Snyder Hall when a gunshot came through the window and struck her teacher in the head.

Moore said the gunman told people to get on the ground, then asked them to stand up and state their religion before he started shooting.

Student Cassandra Welding told CNN that she heard 35 to 40 shots.

Student Brady Winder, in a posting on Facebook, said he was in a classroom in Snyder Hall, next door to the room where the shooting began and ran, along with his classmates, when they heard the gunfire.

"I ran to the edge of the campus, down a hill and waited. From talking with a student in the classroom where it happen, almost every person in the room was shot by a man with four guns," Winder wrote.

"I'm still shaken up ... I can't wrap my mind around this. Please just pray for the families and parents of these students," he posted.

PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Centre emergency room doctor Hans Notenboom told reporters three patients were flown to the hospital in Riverbend by helicopter, and two were moved directly into operating room.

The hospital said in a statement that the three victims were women between the age of 18 and 34.

Survivors were transported to a local fairgrounds and some family members were left waiting for hours to see if their loved ones would be among them.

"We have grief counsellors waiting for those parents who have no children getting off that bus," said the college's president, Rita Calvin.

The college, which began its fall term this week and serves more than 13,000 students, 3,000 of them full-time, said it would be closed until Monday.

Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were on their way to Roseburg.

Recent episodes of gun violence in the United States include the massacre of nine people at a South Carolina church in June and the killing of five U.S. servicemen in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

In 2012, seven students at the small Christian college Oikos University in Oakland, California, were shot dead by a former student, marking the deadliest outburst of violence at a U.S. college since April 2007, when a student at Virginia Tech University killed 32 people and wounded 25 others before taking his own life.
