beautiful speaker. but given the name showing out, i will not want at all because of the pricing.

for 100k, I can get a decent full home theater setup and audiophile setup. unless one got too much to spend.

Anything else, except Cars or HDB. in Singapore are ok with me.

At least we are buying this speakers at the SAME price as everyone in the world.

Since the price we paid for it is as per its original value and worth, which is therefor is justified.

But buying a hyper inflated tax upon taxes S$175,000 BMW cars in Singapore, where is only cost S$70k in Germany/EU/UK....is not worth it and waste of money.

Or a $500,000 HDB for that matter, where one can get a nice house in Germany/EU/UK.

this is the luxurious version of ppl buying apple over ordinary computer and handphone IMO

Agree. B&O and B&W r brands that produced speakers purely for the extra rich audiophiles who want not just good sound, but the extra "bling bling" factor.

True blue audiophiles would rather spend the same amount of money to get an even better audio experience.

wah... so exp...

think i will buy only if i am a multi-millionaire [sly] [sly]

even if i multi millionaire i won't buy man... there are many other things i'd rather be exorbitant on if i was that rich, for example watches... [;)]

Its a love or hate thing...if u are into it,u will spend tons of money just to get it right.

The speakers are called B&W Nautilus, the most sophisticated speakers they had ever made.

In high end segment, audio systems can cost up to millions whereby the speakers already cost a few hundred Gs.

In hifi terms, the more u spend dosen't guarantee u better sound if not set up properly,in many cases the mega millions systems don't sound 'good' for the money spent.

One man's meat maybe another man's posion...for me , i won't spend so much on watches too,a Breitling or Panerai will work fine for me,whereas for hifi,i won't spend multi millions on it too as i've heard quite a few mega millions setup but was impressed by none.

This is a system that excel on vocals, the speakers are horn loaded with very high sensitivity,if i'm not wrong, the tubes used on the Air Tight monoblocs are 300B,only about 10-15watts to drive the speakers.
