The no of new cars is set, only the price can go up or down. well..barely 10yrs ago when COE is about 50-60k..the situation isn't as bad right? but the situation now is sibei jialat, coupled with low car prices.. either the COE system isn't working anymore, or someone in LTA fark it up big time when they estimate the car growth rate.. ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
