Saw some automotive shop also selling the small little 25ml bottle kind

 

Is it really very effective as in helping to get a clear view during rain? Does it hurt our windscreen surface like R**n*x ?

Where is your wiper spray nozzle at?? on the bonnet??

 

The reason I ask is I have tried one solution added in the reservoir..The nozzel is located on the bonnet..When I turn on the sprayer..There is access soultion dripping on the bonnet and I did not clean it off..Under the sun and heat from the engine..It dries up and leaves very obvious water mark..I cant even remove with machine polish..The color becomes lighter..

 

That is why for some DG rain repel user..I dun recommend them to pour into container..

Am using it now. I bought the 250ml bottle after watching the tv commercial at stamford tyres.

 

It doesn't work like rainx.

 

It doesn't repel water. It is only a cleaning agent with lemon fragrance.....

 

Please read the label "cleaning additive for the windscreen washer"

I am using this. It is not the same as rainX. It doesn't repel rain. It is just window cleaner.

I use to add those domestic window cleaner like windex and then sometime later ,diluted household dish washing detergent into the reservoir .

Both gives you a swee-swee-kim-kim look , only .

If it's very powerful chemical then I think I will pour half the 25ml and another for my dad's car.

 

Often I only spray my nozzle during heavy rain to smooth the glass with soap. Repeling effect not necessary need Rainex. Anyway rainex may cause juddering of our wipers.

read the ad on Torque magazine. According to them, it removes silicon flims etc that stick on ur windscreen causing those tiger stripes or water lines.

 

I am considering whether to get one bottle if it does removes those flims when used.

SONAX Xtreme Clearview works like soap. no repel action. but it clean really well and thus screen is clear.

wat's the point of having ocean or lemon scent when it's used outside the car?

there are waxes that also claim to smell of lemon watever fragrances mah...its for user to smell wat.

 

i brought sonax easy shine but havent use it yet....
