Planning to buy a unit at Melville park (simei St 1). I was told by friends that it has got a potential enbloc sale.

What decides an enbloc sale and how it works... Can anyone share. thks.

Aiyo. every house have enbloc potential leh... this is a trick that used ppl when trying to sell old estate.

Can buy to rent out for investment but personally, I won't buy to stay. Seriously too many units and FT sharing few facilities. Prices nowadays are also too exp.

Look TS, it's like Joseph22 said...all old apts got potnetial. Terminology is key here...POTENTIAL only ...if really cfm U think owner will let go?

No i mean it is seller/Owner/Agent way of trying to sell property which have very low Lease(say less than 50 years??).
