Accident along lentor ave

Just passed through the lentor ave, saw the accident between a mini (something like mitsubishi i, yet can't confirm) and a lorry, the demage of mini car is quite bad. However, did not see the airbag of the mini car. Is this kind of car do not equipped with airbag? anybody know how is the driver?

airbags will be deflated after an accident, it will inflate and deflate within split seconds

 

and therefore depending on where it is located, it may not be easy to spot the airbags after an accident as it does not look prominent
