Leepee 1st Gear April 4, 2010 Share April 4, 2010 So does this mean that the limited COE since Feb and the failure of major AD to give open Cat to its customers are due to private speculators hogging onto the Cat.E knowing full well about the quota cut? Well done....Singaporean indeed are a clever lot. Can find speculations lobang and profits in any business set by the gov. Car quota can make money. HDB seller/buyer commisions also can make money. Maid runaway insurances. Ok tomorrow I will go and bid $50k for a open Cat.E, wah every two weeks can sell one piece of Cat.E for a one thousand profit each.....enough liao loh! Costs....is only $5000 per Cat.E COE. Barrier of entry is low!!! Thanks gov for the business opportunity.

Kb27 Supersonic April 4, 2010 Share April 4, 2010 COE is simply a stupid scheme to make money for people. If they want to control car population, they can just ballot. Obviously gahmen is not going to do that, bcoz they are freaking greedy. ↡ Advertisement
