Neutrino Supercharged January 24, 2019 Share January 24, 2019 Don't know how correct this is but my missus was just told about a deal while talking to an auntie in the lift. Apparently OCBC want you to deposit S$10 k for 6 months with no interest and they will give you a S$10 voucher. The auntie thought it was great deal. ↡ Advertisement

Throttle2 Supersonic January 25, 2019 Share January 25, 2019 So when ur UOB promo ends you gonna just reopen the account again? No need Bro. I have 2 accts with UOB. First i move funds out of UOB acct A to another bank. Then move it back into UOB acct B. UOB acct A will then be left empty for the next 3 months until the monthly average balance becomes zero. By then, i am ready to move funds back into it. Heee heeee heeee Small amount lah.

Spring Moderator January 26, 2019 Share January 26, 2019 Currently placed most of my savings in citibank priority account. Is this already among the ones with better interest rate? Maxi gain account? Trouble with this account is it’s 0.7 x sibor rate + a step up of 0.1% up to max of 1.2% if I remember correctly but the minute u take out funds, there’s a reset which goes down few steps think 6x n there also an upper limit think $150k max. I suppose it’s alright if u have max $150k n no intention of using the money but u need a year to reach the max step up so kind of complicated n u need a long time frame. ↡ Advertisement
