Alvinhoo Neutral Newbie March 7, 2011 Share March 7, 2011 This is the dark side of Singapore. And come to think of it, we are always potraying as a fair and just country... With all this, and the Romania issue, can we still be classified as one? I think all this matter will let Singaporean think twice again. Anyway, like most have said, election is coming... We can choose if we are still trusting who is governing over us.
Park88 1st Gear March 7, 2011 Share March 7, 2011 big bull even if you hit a big branch dont you think you would stop and check or even when reached home to check only LS series have significant sound-proofing it is unfortunate the court did not insist on checking claims about sound-proofing by the driver
Cyberchip17 Neutral Newbie March 7, 2011 Share March 7, 2011 I have driven Lexus before - IS, ES and GS. Soundproof? No. It is a myth. Only cannot hear engine when idling (when car is new). On the move? - road and tyre noise - yes - wind noise - yes - engine noise - revving - yes; cruising - soft - rain drops - yes - other road users (horn, siren, etc) - yes - dragging plastic bags stuck to the exhaust, branches etc - yes I don't think there exists a car which can totally isolate you from all noise. ↡ Advertisement
