Kiadaw 6th Gear November 25, 2010 Share November 25, 2010 (edited) I sense my battery for my sensor is weak. Most of the time now, I have to manually using key to open door. Anyone know a good & cheap workshop to replace the battery (which I assume is the rot of the problem). Also, roughly how much is the cost? Just to add, ideally its situated in the east. Kiadaw 6th Gear November 26, 2010 Author Share November 26, 2010 Sorry, I don't mean the battery in my key, but the sensor on the car. Sorry for the confusion.
Beehive3783 Turbocharged November 26, 2010 Share November 26, 2010 Sorry, I don't mean the battery in my key, but the sensor on the car. Sorry for the confusion. Har??? if you are talking about the sensor in the car, then there should be no battery to talk about, it should be tapping power from your car battery. I believe it's the battery in the remote that is getting weak, tried replacing already?
Kiadaw 6th Gear November 26, 2010 Author Share November 26, 2010 If you are not sure the battery weak or not, you may go to the garage to have a look. Also in current year, we popular to buy a multifunctional diagnostic tool. Then you just connect the car to the diagnostic tool, you will know what's wrong with it. You also may contact with me. I'm a Chinese devoted in diagnostic tools. So which garage to check? Or I should just go around workshop areas to ask?
