Hi Guys,

 

Am thinking of changing muffler and was suggested that adding a flange would make

it convenient to swap mufflers.

 

Would installing a flange on the exhaust automatically result in a failure during inspection?

 

Any inputs or experiences with regards to this would be appreciated.

bro,off course need flange la,if not will be welded together...either way if ur muffler not approve,in the end will also fail wat....but i suggest ask the wkshp to make flange,so easier to revert back to stock...

I know that some just weld on and off.

 

I make it clearer, with stock exhaust would the flange automatically

cause a failure in inspection?
