can anyone share roughly how much it will cost to do a porcelain crown for a molar tooth? Heard if need root canel more expensive can anyone advise.

I have done my crown for about $550 but no root canal treatment .. root canal may cost 100-200 extra ..

Prices diferent a lot from dentist .... highest quote I got was $800 plus (w/o root canal) most are abot $700 .. you need to check around .. can send email or call

wau .. $1200 very ex as mine also same case, half tooth break off .. the dentist need to fill up, after one month take x-ray , no issue than start with the crown process , mine total 4 visits

Hi Rubberstamp, hows the trip to the dentist? What advise did the dentist gave you for your receding gum? I having the same prob too.

 

I saw 2 different dentists @ two different Q&M branch, and had different advises. Am seeking 3rd option. =X

I went to Raffles Dental. saw Dr. Sheryln (something like that).

 

She said receding gum cannot recover but she added that mine wasnt too bad yet.

So she did some cleaning and asked me to buy this mouth wash called Biotene.

apply the sensitivity toothpaste on ur gum.and leave it on for a min or so..then rinse it off.

if not, u shd get ur teeth check.could be slight decay that causes sensitivity.

Too much coffee stain.

coffee stain not difficult to solve..i also enjoy drinking coffee and orange juice..so after drinking..drink plain water to rinse off..no stains at all..but still i go for checkup every
