Rncw 5th Gear July 10, 2011 Share July 10, 2011 my boss' hummers (H2, H10) and the modified 10 wheels armor-plated hummer also cleared customs without problem leh...maybe the profile of the tyres very high Boils down to driving skill. Guess he's a lousy driver. Imagine driving a Hummer H3. ↡ Advertisement
5936 1st Gear July 10, 2011 Share July 10, 2011 Q7 is not the higest or biggest. Touareg and Cayenne abt the same size too. Land Cruiser, Rolls Royce will have "more problem" if that's the case. Agree that bigger size will have less margin, but driver skill and confidence level is more important. If they can survive MSCP, they should have no problem going through Tuas ICQ

Acieed 1st Gear July 10, 2011 Share July 10, 2011 (edited) The SUV is there to protect the driver and passengers, not the other way round If low profile sports car, I can see why there is a concern.. But SUV ??!! ..... I would actually just drive over the curb if there isn't another choice. On the other hand, I doubt the lane is too small to fit the Q7. Its not quite a full-sized SUV, more like mid-size SUV. Some bros already mentioned some of the full-size SUV can clear. One likely scenario is his car was not aligned to the lane, and he was driving in at an angle. Edited July 10, 2011 by Acieed

Q7 is damn huge compared to X5, cayenne or touraque.. think will be the biggest among its rival except GL class... ↡ Advertisement
