I did mine after a hit and run incident.. The shop is opposite TP HQ building at paya lebar.. Just call the auntie in advance, to inform your license plate number and whether front or back(one or two line). Collect it after work, installation by that auntie was a breeze.. Total cost is $25(number plate) + $15 (holder)..

I am wondering for normal plate, the letters and figures on a black background usually is white or silver? Thought i saw nowadays some car plate the letters and figures are toward silver than white.
