Does anyone knows how the HDB do their flat valuations? The exact procedure and what are they looking? For example, the locations, the house renovations etc ?

Location, age, renovation, last transacted surrounding price, etc....

 

Just check with a valuer. They will tell you.

i thought HDB no longer do valuations liao? As in, they outsource this task to external agencies. At least, i think this is the case for resale flats.
