Wtf? What about minority representation?

Does it mean they scare wait lose another GRC, more opposition entered the parliament? So create more SMCs long run is a good strategy?

Not only changes to the size of GRCs will be reviewed but also the elected President n the NCMP scheme as well. Proposal to increase minimum of 12 Opposition MPs in Parliament by next election.

having more SMC , likely means they are confident they have enough votes to win. [sly]
