just now my m1 fibre broadband was down for almost an hour - at least ... coz that was from the time i got home from work until now .... anyone else ??

tested at 930pm++ down...call 1627..MOFO no CS picked up...Internet just restored at 1130pm

Internet services down in Jurong West after cable cut

 

SINGAPORE — Internet and fixed voice services are down in Jurong West due to a cut cable caused by a third-party contractor carrying out sheet piling works.

 

In a Facebook post at 5pm on Tuesday (April 11), local telco M1 said Fibre operator Netlink Trust had confirmed the cable cut. “Some M1 customers in this area may experience difficulties accessing fibre and fixed voice services,” the telco added.
