Was at the CATS Carnival yesterday. Went to see see look look before heading to SITEX. In terms of exhibit, there isn't much to shout about. In terms of gals... I think Jack Cars hired a bunch of SYT to dress up as Race Queen.

But other than that, it's pretty boring.

Wah, 15 mins in and out seems like the event is like a waste of time. Since I have time to waste tomorrow, I will go there. Lol! Thanks anyway!

if u dun want valet to park, what options are available?

only valet

actually i prefer to park myself....luckily the valet knows how to engage reverse but then again there is a porsche being parked by a valet so should be ok

also dunno where they drove to lol

becos they took pretty long to come back....anyway its an event thats all

i was more attracted to the racing simulators...but then again i got the gaming console at home [laugh]

yah it used to be like 4 to 5 halls....now its like only one....

i guess the vehicle dealers would not need these kind of promotion and marketing as they already have the customers

i think the most expensive sports car on show there was a maserati

other than that yeah....there are some girls there so can snap pictures with them...

n ya jack cars are more of the "main" dealers there [laugh]

but yeah there are are attractively priced cars there...however expected the carnival to be bigger....like 2 to 3 halls

"main" meaning that they are the one who hired the so called models maybe they hired the photographers too [:)]

btw there is a 2009 bmw 3 series on sale there for about 109k so yeah its quite a good buy for those intending to get one....but then again i am just looking

also a copen on sale for about 50k i think

and i sat in a civic type r surprised the gear knob is so small....it is 5 speed though with a reverse without a safety

also sat in other cars to check out the dash such as mercedes and other makes...

anyway not buying jus looking [:)] n thats what i tell the sales person politely [:)]

Looks like CATS Carnival getting smaller and smaller every year, and the cars available also nothing much to see?! Last time CATS Carnival is a good place to look for used car.

Did vw shows the lastest Beetle? The interior is very up market, The dealership executive told me its been available for 2 weeks, & selling very well. The price is quite reasonable as well, starting at about 17,000 Euro for the 80hp garden variety variant (until you add the options of course). But customers can only get their cars in March. More masculine then the outgoing version for sure.
