Soya Supersonic January 19, 2012 Share January 19, 2012 Hi Bros My condo mgt wants me to get a Public Liability insurance of 1m for my renovation work and my contractor says owner has to pay for it. Is he right? simi public liability?? from my own experience renovating my condos, the mgt office will ask for a $5k cheque as a bond (in case contractor damage the lift or litter) which the ID co will usually provide if he wants to obtain the renovation permit. if job done and nothing damaged, the mgt will juz return the cheque to the ID.
