Unusual or Rare Cars

I can never understand why people buy a car for a million bucks and yet not wanting to pay a grand for a nice number?

Maybe I'm not in the league so won't know  [cool]

Car turns more heads than the number.

1939 Lincoln Zephyr

wah... you seem to know old cars (or is it from onemotoring?)

I went on vacation in Dec. During the trip, went to a place where they kept lots of old stuff. There were lots of old cars.

seen these before?

Where is this?

This is in Wanaka, NZ.

It has old toys, gadgets, cars, and even a few planes.

Anyone going near Wanaka in NZ, and who like to look at old stuff, can consider going there.

NZ has antique and vintage car culture. During my driving holiday there, spotted many. The most notable being Mustang club having an outing. Saw Mustangs from the 1960s till the latest Shelby Mustang GT350 which happened to park beside me at a cafe.

Just north of Wellington, there is a big and well curated car museum called the Southward car museum. Large collection of vintage cars and motorcycles. Including the Suzuki racing bike that won the Singapore GP ridden by the late Geoff Perry bearing the racing number 10.

You may not know, maybe this number has some special meaning to the owner.

Look normal to us but not normal to him.

IMO they are relatively rare cos 4er is like confused, neither here nor there. Sits between the longstanding 3er and 5er, and styling not significantly different so probably escaped your attention too.

I never noticed many BMW 4 series on the road. Are there many but just escaped my attention, or are they rare?
