By last Monday show was about two sisters from china traveling for the first time to Singapore to visit the cooks/chefs. I watched and felt that the programme is putting a bad light onto the sisters. Making fun and showing their Sua-ku emotions in a very bad light. This quan yifeng, even laugh and suan the two sisters so much, that I feel sad for the two sisters. I am sure the editors and producers can edit it better to present them in a more sensible manner. Quan Yifeng always act very smart in the show lo, even when she went to china with sg chef, she also suan the chef! Just show the sisters come SG n cook for the chef will do. No need to show the sisters mistook the crab for lobster or wow at every seafood price when converted to RMB. Really shake head. Bryan is good at decor n presentation. But I believe both are not good cooks, there is someone who teach them how to cook one lah. If u notice, during the cooking process, the appliances use are all philips. If other brand, the brand name is blurred. Dont know why the director/producer wana show these parts. for effect purpose lah, i guess the sisters was told many 'stories' of singapore hence they have a lot of questions. for the seafood prices, i think it was fun too as they hardly get seafood in where they come from. Last time when some guest from less develop country came over, one simple supper they already eye open big big, cost more than few month of their salaries.
