Horn, middle finger will auto flick up.

 

Dun horn, guy MAY be killed if he has a habit of looking at phone when crossing without checking its safe to do so.

 

Just because its a pedestrians crossing, no, its especially such crossing that pedestrians must be alert and check for OWN safety.

 

Next time, car owner just slow down and stop first. Dun bother if pedestrians got see, got check, got life etc.

 

And pedestrian, the horn meant to say "Hey, pls dun look at phone. Check for own safety. Dun assume just because its your right of way to cross."

 

Not only he missed that intention, he cannot swallow his pride that he's horned at for exercising his right. Hence went to look for car cam owner to er...exercise his rights to his right of way?

 

One thing that may not be clear - did the car cam owner return the middle finger with another middle finger that triggered this follow up reaction from the pedestrian?

 

Lesson for today from this video :

 

1. Use horn wisely. Some can get so horny, the 2 horns will sprout from head, killing all signs of pea brain activity.

 

2. Slow down and stop once pedestrian starts walking across. If he's slowly walking, dancing, skipping or crawling across, WAIT and dun horn. Just wait. Dun need to teach. This type oredi full in head and ego, cannot go in further education. Can explode and transform into the Hulk. Worse right? Wait at most 30 seconds to 1 minute. Quarrel takes 2 to 5 minutes plus high blood pressure up. Not worth.

There are plenty of people have a habit of looking at phone when crossing without checking its safe to do so lo, so far never hear any case of such people got killed.    So it is the responsibility of driver to look out and slow down or even stop for them, and cannot horn at them.
