Penang Kitchen at Coronation Arcade, a bit expensive but quite nice.

 

Another is opp Novena MRT in the row of shop houses.

Penang Kitchen? Lol. My friend from Penang ate there once and never went back again...... That shows how nice the food there is.

 

Novena MRT? isn't that Nonya food, not Penang food?

Luckily its late night now, close liao.

 

Otherwise, I would have drive down to try out.

 

Very hard to resist Penang Kway Tiao. But I can resist assam laksa.

 

OK, make it my next off day activity.

Try Malaysian Food Street at RWS.

We had been there twice, have not yet tried all the various stalls, like the foods, will be back there for more.

Do check the different opening hours for each stall in the link below.

Also look out in RWS facebook for "private events" which interfere with the "public hours".

* if you are bringing kids, the Crane Dance start at 9pm at the waterfront.

My friends from Penang says Penang Kitchen is better than many stalls in Penang itself.

try out ronnie kitchen, i tried the food from them myself and found out it's still not bad to recommend further to others, especially their braised pork... u too, can be their frequent customers, who knows, ya. :)

There's another Penang food restaurant at the basement of Fusionopolis, which is right above the One North MRT station. Never been there but I heard it's good....

there's a Penang prawn noodle at AMK central S11

 

standard slightly lower now due to franchise but still quite delicious
